Did I mention Sam went to the firestation on his birthday?
Thanks to the wonderful ladies in the SAA, November's Children's Social was a trip to the fire house on Sam's big day. Sam loved it.
The firefighters started with a little presentation, put on all the gear, and had the kids come up. Sam walked right up for a high five (which, of course, I missed in the picture). Then the real fun--out to the garage. Sam got to go in the fire trucks, ring the bell, even go down the pole (at least the last 3 feet).
Too bad the firestation isn't open for tours all winter.

Sure was nice of them to plan some fun entertainment for Sam's big day. He seems to be enjoying himself completely:)
