After a few "un-stuck" landings, Sam is officially toddling. He has been attempting for a few days, but he'd never quite managed to stay upright--until Friday.
We had some friends over to watch a movie, so we tossed them the camera and tried to recreate the magic for all of you. *Disclaimer: We were so excited about Sam taking FOUR steps, that Sam got so excited he could barely catch his balance. He really was quite steady the first time.

So my favorite is the way Andrew keeps looking back and grinning at the camera each time Sam tumbles, as if to say "he really can do this...really...and soon he'll be running...we will have the fastest kid on the block!" Sweet dad. Sweet boy. Sweet family. Love you guys.
YAY Sam!!!! It's so fun to see him walking!!! And at only 9 months?? WOW! Man that last tumble looked like it hurt! :) Oh, and I couldn't get any sound...was it just me?? I'll try again later. LOVE YOU!

Isn't it so cool to see them going through all the stages of life? It's so fun to see them get excited and really get how to do something. He's getting to be such a big boy.
